About me.

Hello everyone, welcome to Little Tea Co.  My name is Hamish, I'm 10 years old, and I’m the owner and the tea-maker. 

My business is based on the flavours and vibes of my teas. I like tea because it’s really really yummy, my flavours really blend well together and I thought I’d start it myself because I want to share my tea blends with my friends and everyone.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Why did you start little tea co?

My mum & dad have a business, and I wanted to have a little business too, I love tea, and nothing really else I could think of. I did think of icy poles, but I like tea the most.

When did you first start making your first teas?

I think I was 6 or maybe 7, I just love drinking teas, I loved the flavours. I thought why can’t I make one like everyone else with the flavours I love?  My first tea was camomile and peppermint, and i mixed combinations until I found the mix I liked.

Is it really Hamish behind this site or his dad?

Hamish:  Yes, it was me who started it.  Dad just helped me on a few things that I couldn’t really do myself like making the website, ordering the stamps for my packages, dad helped me pick out a logo man to help me get my logo for my business, and talking to him to get it right.

Dad: I wish we could take credit! All creatives and flavour designs are 100% the little guy. These are my only words. Flavour names, descriptions, about them, about him - all him.  Mum & I are just here to put the right parts together into the website, and provide credit cards to keep things going, pay for stamps and packaging (that he picked)!  He will be making the blends & packing the bags - like owning a puppy, it was part of the deal, he needs to see it through to his customers!
